Test of Picture

    One day, there came a painter to the court of Emperor Akbar. He drew an excellent painting. Everyone including the Emperor was pleased. But some of the courtiers became jealous, thinking that the Emperor will now reward the painter handsomely. So, one of them suggested that, This painting should be put at the crossroads and the reaction of people should be tested.
     But how? asked the Emperor. He said," The people should put a cross mark on the picture if they find a fault." After this declaration, everyone came and put cross marks everywhere on the painting. The painter, was disappointed. He was very sad. At last, he came to Birbal. Birbal suggested him to draw another identical picture and put the same at the crossroad with a foot-note" Only who can make identical painting, could put a cross mark on this painting!"
    This time there was not a single cross mark on the picture!

Moral: It is very easy to find fault with others without having any ability; But it is too difficult to reform oneself!
